Caring about tenants

At Maxwell White Lettings we care about our tenants. We listen to what you have to say and what your requirements are and try to match you with the most suitable property on our register. We endeavour to remove any query or potential problem before we show the property, so making your move to the property smooth and easy and your stay during your tenancy an enjoyable experience.

When you vacate the property, maybe to buy your own house, or to relocate, we hope that you will have enjoyed your stay and will recommend us to your friends.

Relevant Letting Fees and Tenant Protection Information

As well as paying rent, you may be required to make the following payments:

Holding deposit before the tenancy starts - equivalent to one weeks rent and this amount will be deducted from the final deposit payable.

During the tenancy:

Deposit - not more than the equivalent of 5 weeks rent

Utilities, television licence and council tax - payable direct to the utility providers and to the local council

Payment of any unpaid rent and other reasonable costs if you terminate the tenancy early

Maxwell White is a menmber of the Property Ombudsman which is a redress scheme if any complaint arising is not resolved to the Tenant's satisfaction
